Roles and Responsibilities: The Analytical Service Trainee is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting. The role involves assisting the analytical services team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations.
- Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources for analysis.
- Support the creation of reports under the supervision of senior analysts.
- Learn and use data analysis tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and contribute to the preparation of actionable insights.
- Participate in meetings to present preliminary data findings and learn how to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new data analysis trends through self-learning and training programs.
Required Qualification:
- M.Sc., in Science (Fresher)
- Eagerness to learn new tools, methodologies, and stay updated with industry trends in analytics and data science.
- Willingness to collaborate with a team of senior analysts, data scientists, and other resource persons to support data needs.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good at MS-Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, or techniques that are introduced in the workplace.
- Basic understanding of how to manage smaller data projects, including setting timelines, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
