Roles and Responsibilities:The primary purpose of this role is to cold call potential clients, understanding their needs and closing sales to achieve targets.
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our instruments.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet client needs while maximizing company profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall sales performance.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed understanding of client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and client needs.
Required Qualification:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in science with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, with a go-getter attitude and a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
