Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:The primary purpose of this role is to cold call potential clients, understanding their needs and closing sales to achieve targets.

  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media platforms.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our instruments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet client needs while maximizing company profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall sales performance.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed understanding of client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and client needs.

Required Qualification:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in science with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated, with a go-getter attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
